Delete Your Account

You can delete your Endo Market account and the personal information attached to it at any time. You do not need to install the app to do it, and you do not need to ask us first.

Delete it yourself, in the app or on the web

1. Sign in at endo.market or open the Endo Market app.
2. Go to Account, then Settings, then Delete account.
3. We show you anything still in flight, then email you a confirmation code.
4. Enter the code. The account is deleted right then, and you are signed out on every device.

Deletion is permanent. There is no undo and no reactivation, so if you come back later it is a new account with a new history.

Ask us to delete it instead

If you cannot sign in, email support@endo.market from the address on the account with the subject Delete my account. We may ask you to confirm one detail of the account before we act, so that nobody else can delete your account for you. We complete verified requests within 30 days, and usually within two business days.

When we cannot delete yet

An account with money or goods in motion has to finish first. That means an open order, an accepted offer or trade, an active dispute, or a pending payout. We will tell you exactly what is blocking it. Cancel or complete those, then delete. This protects the rider on the other side of the deal, who is owed either the item or their money.

What is deleted, and what we keep

Profile, display name and photo, saved addresses, garage, saved listings, alerts, search history, ad preferences, push tokens, sessions and trusted devices. Your live listings come down. Your messages are removed from your side of every thread.	Records of completed transactions, payouts and disputes, for the period tax and payments law requires, typically seven years. Security and fraud logs for up to 24 months. Both are de-identified where they can be. Payment details are held by Stripe under Stripe's policy, not by us.

Delete some data without deleting the account

You do not have to go all the way. In Settings you can clear your search history, remove saved addresses and cards, empty your garage, turn off ads personalization, and delete individual listings or photos. To request a copy of your data, or a correction, email privacy@endo.market.

App data on your phone

Deleting the app removes its local cache from the device, but it does not delete your account. Use one of the two routes above for that.
